We offer FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING on all realistic sex dolls. US:(Except for Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico, which require additional shipping fee charges of $400).EU:(If your address is a remote area,which requires additional shipping fee charges of $100.)

Free shipping but buyers need to clear customs and pay taxes: South American countries, Indonesia, South Africa, South Korea, Argentina, Chile, Switzerland, Norway, New Zealand, Ukraine, Vietnam, Israel.

Undeliverable areas: Islamic countries in the Middle East, Turkey, India, Thailand.

All taxes and customs are included. There are no hidden charges and no extra charges ever.   All our sex dolls are 100% discrete upon arrival. Sex dolls arrive in a plain brown box with no sex information. The courier or handler does not know what is in the box, or where it came from.

Delivery times vary depending on order requirements and your location. Generally, all dolls are shipped by UPS or FedEx. The average delivery time is 10 – 15 business days after the order. You will receive tracking updates by email so you can track your package yourself.

All In-Stock collection items will be delivered in 2-3 business days after payment is received. Currently, our in-stock items are sold within the USA/EU. Any item that does not have “In Stock” in the product name will be custom sex doll. We can have the product at your door in about 2-3 weeks! We always try our best to ship all of our products as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your new dolls as quickly as possible. We understand that it may be frustrating to wait, but we can guarantee that it will be worth waiting.

Cancellation Policy

For Custom Dolls All custom dolls that are offered for sale are made-to-order for each Buyer. Accordingly, the following applies to refunds and returns for any Products purchased by a Buyer: * If you change your mind or place the order by accident, please contact us within 24 hours. We would be happy to process a refund. A 20% processing fee will be deducted from your total order amount. (We have to do it since our payment processor will charge us even if the transaction gets canceled). * After the 24-hour, our factory will start producing your doll, If you want to cancel the order before the package is shipped, it will be subject to a Seller’s restocking fee (“Restocking Fee”) of 50% from the value of the Product order.magic peach signature will provide to Buyer a refund of funds paid minus the Restocking Fee to the Buyer’s original payment method and other fees may apply such as design, mold material, processing, makeup, and transaction fees. * After the package has been shipped, order cancellation is not possible.

For In-Stock Sex Dolls(US,CA,EU)

USA in-stock dolls are only available for USA customers; EU in-stock dolls are only available for EU customers.However, If you buy dolls from other overseas warehouses, we can replace the dolls in your area or give you a full refund.

The custom doll cancellation policy does not apply to any in-stock dolls.

Please note that when you place an order, you have 24 hours to contact our customer service team and request a cancellation or modification.After receiving your order, we have entered the preparation status,the warehouse system will immediately arrange the delivery, and deduct the shipping fee and handling fee upon order placement. so even if you ask for a refund within 24 hours, you will still be charged a 20% restocking fee.

 There is a certain time interval for the tracking number to be uploaded.You will receive a tracking number about 2 days after shipment. Shipping times vary depending on your location. Processing and delivery time may be delayed during the holiday (The New Year Holiday, Christmas Day, The National Day, The Chinese Spring Festival, etc). 

  1. After an order is placed it will be processed and can’t be canceled for any reason.
  2. If for exceptional reasons the cancellation is accepted, it will be subject to a Seller’s restocking fee (“ Restocking Fee”) of twenty percent (20%) of the value of the Product order.magicpeachsignaturewill provide to Buyer a refund of funds paid minus the Restocking Fee to the Buyer’s original payment method and other fees may apply such as processing and transaction fees.
  3. The order cannot be canceled when the product has been out of the warehouse or has been shipped. If you want to cancel it and it will have a 50% shipping fee and restocking fee.
  4. All sales are final. Orders returned to us as undeliverable, not picked up, refused upon delivery, or returned to us without authorization will result in a 50% processing fee and no shipping refund will be issued.
  5. If you really don’t want it after shipment, you are entitled to a refund. When refunding, you need to confirm that the product or packaging was not damaged and that you did not use it. (Please note: Shipping costs to return your purchase is borne by you, the buyer. All refunds are initiated after the items have been returned and received safely.)

Before completes the construction of the Canadian storage center (it will be officially notified on the website after completion), customer orders from Canada will be shipped directly from the Asian factory, and it may be necessary for the buyer to cooperate with Canadian customs to complete the necessary procedures, the Canadian government and customs Customs duties that may be charged to the purchaser are not included in the refund.


Return Policy

Due to the long-distance delivery involving many logistic entities, minor scratches, finger wire piercing, eyelashes falling, small stains, and other micro issues do not belong to the damage issues. We do not accept any return or refund requests for such questions. Please contact our online customer service for guidance on how to deal with possible minor issues easily and properly. Thanks for your understanding. It’s impossible for our customers to return the package to us by rejecting the package because we are not able to receive it. You need to contact our online customer service to confirm the status of your order and get a suggestion for the next step. Or you will be responsible for the loss of the package.

For orders that are delivered to you damaged or defected, we offer a 100% free return and exchange service. Returning shipping costs will be borne by us,magicpeachsignature, not you! After unboxing, if you find any product defect please contact us immediately and provide pictures and video of the damage. We will be on it straight away! We check every product manually before shipment to ensure the item is in perfect condition. Returns are accepted only if you have received an incorrect item due to our error, or a defective item. You should file a claim with the shipping carrier on receipt of your package if it is severely damaged. The buyers are supposed to check the condition of the package and report damage or defectiveness issues to us within 24 hours upon delivery. Return requests will not be accepted and we will refuse any claims beyond that timeframe. If the product you have received is damaged or has manufacturing defects please follow these steps: 1) Email customer support immediately upon delivery, providing your name, your order number, and an explanation of the problem:

2) Attach evidence (either photographs or videos) showing the described defects or damage.

3) Allow our team to review the problem and come up with a suitable solution that is acceptable to you. If the problem was caused by us, or the product has any manufacturing defects please rest assured we will take care of it. A new replacement will be arranged depending on how severe the damage it is. For slight damage, a repair kit will be offered. Damage resulting from the improper use of the product will not be covered by the Product Warranty. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.Sex dolls are sex toys and are not returnable for any reason if used. We do not offer returns or refunds on any products for any other reason other than being damaged or defective upon arrival.
